Effective June 15th, 2025 TRAX subscription service for recurring transportation will be discontinued and all rides will be required to be scheduled between 24 hours and two weeks in advance.
While the subscription service is being discontinued, TRAX remains committed to providing transportation for recurring appointments such as dialysis, work, and day rehabilitation. Passengers will simply need to pre-schedule these transports under the new system.
SCHEDULING INFORMATION
Passengers can schedule TRAX transportation by calling 903-255-2530 or toll-free at 1-866-575-9014:
- Option 1: Reservations/Appointments
- Option 2: Cancellations (Voicemail Only)
- Option 3: Paris Metro
Reservations are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Passengers are encouraged to review the Pickup and Return Policies to ensure continued service.
