Spotlight: Lauren Cromer

Lauren Cromer joined the ATCOG team in 2023 and currently serves as the TRAX Transportation Supervisor, where she monitors dispatch to make sure everything runs smoothly. She also helps clients with issues relating to reservations or rides.

“I love being able to help others and interacting with the clients and my coworkers. They all really do make my job enjoyable,” Lauren said.

The most used App on Lauren’s phone is TikTok. On her bucket list is visiting Europe, and the one thing she couldn’t live without is her children.
