Meet Samantha Davis, ATCOG’s 9-1-1 Program Coordinator.

Samantha started with ATCOG in 2018 as a 9-1-1 Program Assistant before being promoted to her current role.

Samantha’s favorite quote comes from Dr. Seuss’s “The Lorax”: “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It’s not.”

This philosophy of caring is evident in everything Samantha does and is reflective in both her work life and the things she treasures.

When asked what non-living item she would rescue from a burning house, her answer speaks volumes about her values: “I have a ton of old family pictures and photo albums that were handed down to me, so I’d try to save as many as I could.”

Samantha’s personal mantra: “Bloom where you’re planted” reflects her commitment to making the most of every situation.

Her nurturing spirit, dedication to being a mother, and heart for putting others first shines through in her response about a potential lottery win: “Honestly, there’s so many things I would want to buy, but I think the very first thing I would do is create a college fund for my little boy.”

Samantha’s blend of practicality, family values, and commitment to caring “a whole awful lot” makes her an invaluable member of the ATCOG team and a wonderful colleague to know.
