The Benefits Counseling program provides information, counseling, and advocacy to senior citizens, and Medicare beneficiaries of any age, on their public benefits, entitlements, and legal rights. Benefits Counselors also provide public education on a variety of topics impacting seniors.
Benefits Counselors consult on topics such as:

- Senior Fraud
- Advance Directives
- Long-Term Care
- Non-Covered Health
- Other Insurance
- Veterans Issues
- Social Security
- Medicare and Medicaid Appeals/Hearings
