The Administration Department oversees the day-to-day agency operations, including Human Resources and Reception. It assists with Public Relations and coordinates events such as Annual Meetings and Board Meetings.

Finanzas

The Finance Department handles the accounts of associated programs and audits.

Recursos humanos

The HR Program helps employees understand their working rights; reports, manages and coordinates employee benefits; maintains current and former employeespersonnel files; handles employment verifications; and posts job opportunities, including accepting and processing job applications.

Tecnología de la información

The IT Department manages the organization’s hardware, software and physical communications. Provides a source of guidance for technology issues for staff and associated organizations.
